Over the last decade, I have participated in the Court Futures survey, which asks court professionals from around the world to give their best estimate of what the future might hold for their courts. In return for completing the survey, and sometimes answering related questions, you receive the annual report prepared by Phillip Knox and Peter C. Kiefer of Phoenix, Arizona.
