US equity markets continued their good run, with several indices trading to new all-time highs in July and on track to close out the month with gains. Meanwhile, with a few trading sessions left in the month, Australasian equity markets were mixed, with the ASX 200 showing modest gains and the NZX 50 mostly unchanged. August figures to be a busy month down under highlighted by central bank meetings both in New Zealand and Australia.
