Zita Thomas
At our last executive meeting, JANZ appointed Zita Thomas, Sanjay Patel’s partner, to our board representing judicial families. Aside from wrangling Sanjay and their two active youngsters, Zita designs and develops communication and leadership platforms across a wide range of audiences and disciplines.
One of her greatest achievements was being actively involved in setting up a highly successful leadership college. Zita is well known for her positive mindset, energy, and ability to adapt her style to get the best out of people at all levels and from diverse backgrounds.
JANZ will rely on her specific skills to provide support for judges’ families from induction to retirement. JANZ wants to engage with our families in positive and helpful ways, so we want to hear your ideas about how we can achieve this. We are so very grateful to her for taking on this most important role.
